Responsibilities
- Design human-centered solutions that meet user needs and business goals across devices within a complex application ecosystem
- Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability standards in a banking context
- Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements
- Develop wireframes to bring ideas to life, validate solutions, and conduct validation sessions with teams, stakeholders, or users
- Apply a consultancy mindset to understand and align with client goals and business contexts
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a UX/UI design position
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping tools and design methods
- Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate, and prioritize effectively in multi-cultural environments
