The role involves crafting and developing compelling graphics, layouts, and motion assets to support global talent attraction efforts. You will plan, produce, and edit video content while collaborating with the creative team to ensure visual consistency across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit video content for global campaigns, social media, testimonials, training, and internal communications
- Create motion graphics and animated assets to bring stories, data, and messaging to life
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual and messaging consistency across formats
- Adapt video content for multiple platforms and audiences, optimizing length, format, and design based on usage
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics production
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Portfolio required showcasing video projects, motion graphics, and multimedia content
- Experience in content creation, including photography and video production
