Motion Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer creates visually compelling 2D and 3D animations and motion assets for digital, social, and experiential campaigns. They collaborate with Creative Directors and producers to develop concepts and storyboards from inception through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations across a variety of campaigns and projects
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and content producers to develop concepts, storyboards, and creative solutions
• Design and produce 2D and 3D motion assets for digital, social, experiential, and branded content
• Maintain consistency across visual style, storytelling, and brand guidelines throughout projects
• Stay current on motion design trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Adapt quickly to client feedback and revisions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related creative roles
• Strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing creative motion design and storytelling capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience creating 2D and 3D motion graphics across multiple platforms and formats
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail
