UX Designer

The UX Designer will lead the design function for RCM and Practice Management products, managing projects from ideation through validation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs, conduct research, and ensure accessibility and usability standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design function for projects from ideation through validation
• Leads the design of multiple concurrent projects
• Ensures that accessibility is addressed in designs and experiences
• Creates user flows, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design intent and feature functionality
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, client success, and internal SMEs to define project requirements and create design solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in designing software interfaces for complex enterprise software (both web and mobile devices)
• Strong understanding of human computer interaction principles
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and how to validate the guidelines
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
