Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for expanding the BILL brand design system and delivering high-quality marketing assets across various channels. They will lead projects from concept to production while acting as a creative consultant to stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously throughout fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancing business needs with technical and creative constraints
• Act as the primary creative consultant for stakeholders, interpreting complex briefs, defending design decisions, and ensuring every visual solution aligns with broader business goals
• Lead projects from conceptual stage through to final production and delivery, maintaining momentum, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality at every milestone
• Clearly and succinctly present creative work and logic to senior leadership and stakeholders across Marketing and other BILL organizations
• Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and general best-practices for creative discipline, with attention to common touchpoints

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven impact as a Senior Graphic Designer
• A track record of high-level design expertise, specifically in roles where you were responsible for the 'big picture' strategy as well as the execution
• The 'Owner' Mindset: a demonstrated ability to work independently, make critical decisions under pressure, and troubleshoot roadblocks without hand-holding
• Mastery of Craft: expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), experience and knowledge using creative Ai tools and a strong understanding of motion design
