Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create a wide range of marketing materials, including proposals, brochures, and digital content to support infrastructure projects. They will collaborate with engineers and marketing specialists to translate technical themes into polished visuals and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce proposals, brochures, presentations, reports, infographics, advertisements, and a wide range of marketing materials
- Support web design, e-newsletters, digital invitations, and mobile-ready content
- Translate technical themes and proposal content into polished visuals, charts, and illustrations
- Build and maintain templates that keep our brand consistent and our team efficient
- Manage our central graphics library so great work gets reused, not recreated
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists, engineers, and project teams to hit deadlines and deliver quality
- Support public meetings and client-facing presentations with graphics that make an impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3+ years of in-house graphic design experience
- A/E/C industry background is a plus
- Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with web design and working knowledge of HTML
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
