
UX Designer III

This role involves leading medium-sized, cross-functional User Experience projects, such as a new check-out system, by coordinating design, architecture, writing, prototyping, and research activities to deliver the overall user experience solution. The designer will also mentor junior staff and support User Experience strategy by evaluating the competitive landscape and presenting proposed solutions for strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-sized, cross-functional User Experience projects
- Mentor Associate Designers and Designers in day-to-day User Experience design methodology and principles
- Create User Experience designs for medium-sized projects
- Support User Experience strategy and innovation
- Manage project team User Experience deliverables
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related area
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related area, and 2 years of experience in UI/UX, interactive, and visual design
- Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
