The UX Designer will design intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create cohesive and impactful designs while improving customer experiences through research and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Translate complex requirements into simple, effective customer journeys
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
- Develop and maintain connected customer journeys across multiple touchpoints
Requirements
- Strong foundation in user-centered design principles
- Proven experience in creating digital products that prioritize user needs
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, UX design expertise, and successful customer-focused outcomes
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards
