The Product Designer will own the full design process from concept to delivery for Outplayed, ensuring consistent, high-quality user experiences across key design initiatives. This involves partnering with stakeholders to shape the product vision and contributing to product discovery and planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences
- Lead key design initiatives for Outplayed
- Partner with Product, R&D, the Product Design team, the Outplayed GM, and stakeholders to shape and execute the product vision
- Contribute to product discovery, vision, and planning to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Build, contribute, and evolve the design system to maintain quality and consistency across the product
- Ride into battle on a unicorn to defend the great UX from the dark forces of bad design
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex end-to-end projects
- Experience designing B2C or B2B2C products and simplifying complex concepts into intuitive experiences
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, information architecture, and design systems
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset, proactive, curious, and comfortable owning product challenges
