Lead the design of seasonal sun and optical eyewear collections from concept through production readiness. Establish repeatable design systems and technical standards while partnering with the Founder to translate creative direction into scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Own design of seasonal eyewear collections
- Partner with the Founder to translate product direction into production-ready design
- Drive the full product lifecycle
- Maintain direct communication with overseas factories
- Create, refine, and standardize technical drawings and tech packs
- Own adherence to T&A calendar for all design deliverables
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of eyewear design experience
- Proven ability to lead product from concept through production
- Strong technical expertise in eyewear construction, materials, and fit
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers
