The Product Designer will be responsible for designing, documenting, maintaining, scaling, and releasing design system libraries while also conducting research and auditing component adoption. They will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure design requirements are met across all phases and help build consistent, accessible, and scalable multi-platform experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, maintain, scale, and release libraries for Lidl Plus
- Develop, maintain, and improve collaboration processes
- Help translate design decisions into scalable components
- Audit system adoption to ensure design quality and consistency
- Work closely with engineers to align design and implementation
Requirements
- Advance experience using Figma
- Complete professional fluency in English
- Be proactive, autonomous, organized, and analytical
- Experience working with component libraries and design files
- Minimum 5 years designing for digital software or mobile apps
- Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, standards, and best practices
