Responsibilities
- Working with monetization funnels: designing the user's path to purchase through effective paywalls and upsell scenarios
- Developing loyalty and new mechanics: introducing strikes and game elements that motivate users to return to the product, as well as validating new hypotheses to improve user experience and retention
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer
- High level of visual craftsmanship
- Product thinking: analyzing how each decision impacts the product and integrating it into the existing design system
- Communication and development: being able to argue for your ideas and being open to constructive feedback and regular self-reflection
- English language skills at an Intermediate level or higher
