The main responsibility is to design, deepen, and scale the TFL Studio experience, leading the end-to-end UX and shaping workflows. Additionally, the role involves ensuring TFL Studio aligns with the broader product ecosystem and collaborating with other designers.
Responsibilities
- Own and expand TFL Studio, leading the end-to-end UX
- Build on established patterns, extending them without replacing them
- Translate complex user needs into clear interactions
- Create content, flows, and design decisions that reduce cognitive load
- Work closely with engineering to refine requirements and ensure implementation fidelity
- Identify opportunities to scale patterns, simplify workflows, and elevate product clarity
- Ensure TFL Studio fits into the evolving platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant product design experience
- Systems thinker who thrives on extending an existing product
- Experience designing configuration-heavy or multi-step workflows
- Strength in interaction design and content design
- Comfort working on a product still evolving
- Design system fluency
