Responsibilities
- Lead scoped product and operational engagements with portfolio companies, from customer discovery and problem prioritization through solution delivery, rollout, adoption, and measurable evaluation. Partner with product, engineering, designers, operators, and business owners to build reliable, usable solutions, prove their value, and transfer ownership while sharing reusable workflows and lessons.
Requirements
- Candidates should have experience taking ambiguous product or operational problems through delivery to sustained use and measurable improvement, along with strong product judgment and technical fluency in AI-enabled products, integrations, data, and evaluations. They should be able to earn trust, lead cross-functional work without formal authority, and exercise sound judgment about reliability, permissions, human review, and automation risks; production AI workflow experience is valuable.
