The Junior Graphic Designer will support senior staff by assisting with the creation of digital assets for web, email, and social media, and implementing design changes across packaging systems. Responsibilities also include producing physical comps, preparing files for production, and maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support senior designer and art director on design projects
- Assist with the creation of digital assets for web, email, and social media
- Implement design changes across packaging systems
- Execute design revisions based on feedback
- Produce high-quality physical comps for internal design reviews and executive presentations
- Prepare files for print and digital production
- Photography re-touch and edit support
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Organize and manage design files and assets
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative creative sessions
- Research design trends, references, and inspiration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 0-2 years of professional design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating a passion for design and strong fundamentals
- Basic understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience creating print and digital work
- Familiarity with digital design formats
- Excellent craft with physical and digital design projects
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
