You will translate user needs and product goals into clear concepts, user flows, and interaction models for mobile and web. You will work closely with engineering to ensure high UX quality and engage in ideation and prototyping phases.

Responsibilities

  • You translate user needs and product goals into clear concepts, user flows, information architectures, and interaction models for mobile and web
  • You work user-centered in the entire product process, e.g., through early concepts, prototypes, feedback loops, and iterative improvements
  • You accompany the implementation closely with engineering, clarify design decisions, prioritize together with the team, and ensure high UX quality
  • You work closely with UX research, use research insights, and bring your own observations from tests and debriefs
  • You drive ideation and concept phases, e.g., through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and co-creation sessions
  • You bring UX standards, principles, and best practices into the team and develop our UX quality continuously
  • You represent the user perspective sovereignly within and outside the design team

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in cross-functional product teams
  • Strong UX design mindset, thinking in user needs, usage contexts, and clear solutions
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, explaining design decisions in a comprehensible way and bringing different perspectives together
  • Independent and responsible working style with high quality standards
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, or KI systems is an advantage
  • Good German language skills in writing and speaking
