Senior UX Designer
Newfire Global Partners Remote (🇭🇷 City of Zagreb, Croatia)
The Senior UX Designer will lead design for complex enterprise healthcare applications, partnering with the UX Research team to conduct studies and translate findings into design direction. Responsibilities also include prototyping, contributing to design systems, navigating healthcare compliance, and building strong relationships with product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for complex enterprise healthcare applications
- Partner with UX Research team to plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and observational studies
- Prototype at appropriate fidelity
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems
- Navigate regulatory and compliance constraints of healthcare
- Build working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and client stakeholders
- Present design concepts and research findings to client leadership
- Give and receive specific, actionable critique
Requirements
- 3–6 years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-role enterprise software
- Proven track record of applying user research to shape design decisions
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or other high-complexity domains strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in embedded, long-term client relationships alongside product and engineering teams
