The UX Designer will work alongside product teams to identify and design solutions for user problems, creating designs that enhance usability and usefulness. They will independently create deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps to align with the company's experience vision.
Responsibilities
- Working with Product leaders to prioritize projects that align with business values
- Defining and implementing foundational processes
- Working to mature our design library and system creation/governance
- Collaborating and working with individuals within the greater UX team
- Spending majority of your time on product design
Requirements
- Over three years of progressive work experience designing and developing great user interactions, solving complex business problems with user-centered design solutions
- Bachelorâs degree in User Experience Design and Technology, Interaction Design, Web Design & New Media, Interactive Digital Media or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Expert level experience in Figma
- Strong understanding of HCI
