Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end-to-end, shaping how every interaction works and feels
- Translate complex workflows and AI-driven functionality into simple, intuitive, and human-centered user experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and execution
- Set the design vision and establish principles, patterns, and standards that scale as the team and product grows
- Move fast without compromising quality, balancing craft, usability, and speed in an early-stage environment
- Navigate ambiguity, think in systems, and take ownership of both what we build and how people experience it
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve, using research, data, and intuition to make decisions
Requirements
- Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience designing complex or technical products (AI, data-heavy tools, B2B, or internal tools)
- Early-stage startup experience or have been the first/early designer on a team
- Designs holistically, considering the full end-to-end user journey
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy shaping undefined problem spaces
Key Skills
- Love making complex systems feel simple, with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates this ability
- Actively explore and adopt modern tools - including AI - to move faster and design smarter
