Design end-to-end user flows for high-stakes processes like medication administration and compliance. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows for high-stakes processes
- Translate technical and clinical concepts into intuitive, safe user experiences
- Create wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes that prioritize clarity and accuracy
- Conduct and synthesize user research with caregivers, administrators, and operators
- Design for users with a wide range of technical and clinical fluency
Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow design, and UX decision-making
- Comfort reasoning about technical concepts, data models, and edge cases
