The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual identity of the brand and mentor a team of designers. They will collaborate with various teams to create impactful design solutions and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual language of the brand, ensuring all creative output is aligned with brand strategy, tone, and positioning
- Lead, inspire, and mentor junior and mid-level designers
- Partner with marketing, product, retail, and content teams to translate business objectives into design solutions
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in brand design, preferably in a fast-paced brand or agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign design, and multi-channel execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design tools
