Brand & Product Designer

The designer will champion Tavus's brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring it reflects the company's innovative AI technology. They will also spend about 20% of their time embedded in the product team to maintain design system cohesion and polish high-visibility product moments.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Brand: Lovingly and relentlessly evolve the soul and spirit of Tavus across our website, social presence, and sales collateral
- Bridge the gap: Act as the ethos bridge between Marketing and Product
- Iterate on growth: Use your product mindset to optimize high-traffic marketing surfaces
- Embed within Product: Spend ~20% of your time integrated with the product team
- Set the standard: Continually push the ceiling for what quality looks like at Tavus
Requirements
- A portfolio that showcases strong brand design, visual identity, and product design skills
- Experience in leading brand design and product design initiatives
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing and product teams
- Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of design systems and how to use or evolve them for consistency and scale
- Excellent communication skills â able to articulate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical partners
