Senior UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX development process, collaborating with product managers and engineers to identify user requirements. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform development decisions and create intuitive software designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX development process
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Advocate for user-centered principles and accessibility guidelines
- Contribute to the development of UX build standards and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Building, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI development work
- Proficiency in building and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
