The UX Designer II is responsible for creating user-centered designs for websites and digital tools, collaborating with various teams to enhance usability. They will independently produce layouts, mock-ups, and prototypes while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Partners with department leadership, Marketing Strategists, Project Managers, Front End Development, and subject matter experts
- Independently develops online experiences that bring an exceptional and consistent user experience
- Promote and influence Persona and User Experience led designs
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Facilitate and drive the Product Owner's vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant business experience
- 4+ years of experience designing user experiences and interaction design
- Exceptional user interface and experience design skills
- Proven experience designing for multiple devices
- Expert using Adobe Creative Suite and standard UX software
