
Graphic Designer & Video Production Marketing Manager

This role involves creating visually compelling marketing assets and high-quality video content to support Elavonās business objectives. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging creative across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Design & Creative Execution: Develop digital banners, solution sheets, infographics, and content layouts for digital and print
- Create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and event content
- Apply Elavon brand guidelines (color palettes, typography, imagery) to all creative work
- Video Production & Editing: Ability to manage video agency work and production to include content for external audiences, including demos, educational videos, and activation campaigns
- Develop video concepts and narratives that align with marketing and product strategies
- Collaboration & Agency Management: Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Brand teams) to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals and videos
- Project Management & Optimization: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Strong storytelling skills and understanding of brand systems and visual identity principles
- Experience collaborating with agencies and managing outsourced creative projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with B2B marketing and payment solutions industry
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital asset optimization
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle stages and marketing strategies
