The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs across digital and print media, playing a critical part in maintaining brand consistency and supporting marketing initiatives. This involves developing engaging creative assets for social media, websites, emails, and collateral in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive audience engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and on-brand visuals for digital and print media
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity
- Design with usability in mind, optimizing layouts for readability, conversion, and audience engagement
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into visual assets
- Keep up with industry trends, new design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned creative work
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools like Figma or Canva
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects), or 3D design is a plus
