You will own the end-to-end Admin experience at Loom, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and ensure cohesive experiences across Atlassian products.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Admin experience at Loom: Deeply understand our Admin users so that you can effectively lead design for Admin onboarding, engagement and retention
- Ensure cohesion: As part of the Atlassian family of products, work across Atlassian to ensure cohesive experiences for all Admins across all Atlassian products
- Lead with user and business impact: Use research and data to identify friction points, reduce barriers to onboarding and enablements, shrink the gap between GTM and product
- Influence product-led growth: We have many growth levers at Loom and Atlassian. Enabling Admin users at scale will unlock end-user activation for Loom
- Elevate design craft: We expect all designers at Atlassian to set a high bar for interaction, visual, and motion design
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Driven product design for complex enterprise products, preferably in the B2B space
- Experience at large, matrixed organizations, where you have to work with other teams to unblock long-term execution
- Track record of shipping innovative, user-centered solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to inspire teams and influence at all levels
