Responsibilities
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams
- Problem-solving and approach to challenges from first principles
- Crafting pixels on Figma and scaling design systems
- Designing with functionality and aesthetics in mind
- Staying updated on design trends and advocating for design in the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in crafting B2C mobile apps
- Experience working with a team of product designers
- End-to-end ownership of design projects
- Strong UX and interaction design portfolio
- GenZ mindset and knowledge of latest trends
- Figma and prototyping tools skills
