Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist

The Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing the company's social media presence. This includes designing graphics for various platforms, assisting in social media management, and collaborating with teams to enhance brand identity and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and development: creating visual content including graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms
- Basic social media management: assisting in planning, creating, and posting engaging content for social media platforms
- Collaboration: working closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Editing and proofing: reviewing and proofreading designs before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Research and trends: keeping up-to-date with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Social Media Content Creation
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut) are an advantage
- Strong understanding of social media content creation, trends, and engagement strategies
