Onsite $85,000 - $100,000 Full-time Senior

The Marketing Graphic Designer will design a variety of marketing collateral and collaborate with senior leadership to create impactful proposals and presentations. They will also lead visual communication efforts for internal projects and develop strategies that enhance corporate branding.

Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of marketing collateral including qualifications, proposals, custom graphics, infographics, motion graphics, video content, and branded marketing campaign launches from concept through completion
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to create high-impact, customized proposals and presentations
  • Lead visual communication efforts for internal special projects—such as annual regional and office events, client engagements, and internal initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in in-house graphic design, marketing, and creative content development
  • Degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
  • Demonstrated strength in visual storytelling and brand communication across platforms

Key Skills

  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and composition—with a keen eye for detail
  • Curiosity around evolving technology to support innovative and improved practices
  • Experience translating complex ideas, data, and narratives into engaging visual formats, including motion graphics and video
