Motion & Graphic Designer

The Motion and Graphic Designer will create engaging visual content that supports brand and campaign objectives, including video, animation, and motion graphics. They will also ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and collaborate with various teams to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Understand BigHand’s positioning, messaging, and brand principles, and represent these through exceptional visual storytelling across motion and static assets.
• Support the rollout of the new brand visual identity across marketing assets and channels.
• Produce high-quality video, animation, and motion content for a corporate audience that enhances marketing effectiveness.
• Develop visually engaging and modern thought leadership reports, transforming complex data into clear and compelling animated infographics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of agency or in-house graphic design experience, preferably in B2B.
• Experience in motion design, video, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across motion and static assets.
• Proficiency in industry standard design and motion tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional time management skills while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
