Senior Growth Product Designer

The Senior Growth Product Designer will improve the sign-up and purchase experience for Noom Med, launching and iterating on high-impact growth experiments. They will also lead UX improvements and influence scalable design practices to support acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs and designers to shape, design, and execute A/B tests and product rollouts
- Conduct UX/UI audits and identify quick wins for design-led improvements
- Drive strategic design initiatives to elevate user experience and improve key growth metrics
- Expand our design system with components tailored to growth use cases
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience, preferably at a fast-paced startup
- B2C growth design experience preferred, with a strong grasp of experimentation and hypothesis-driven iteration
- A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, a bias for action, and measurable business impact
Key Skills
- Comfort with data and metrics, and a curiosity for learning quickly through testing and iteration
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
- Experience with freemium strategies is a plus
