The Graphic Designer will manage end-to-end design aspects of projects, focusing on user acquisition and retention through outstanding creatives. They will adapt and optimize existing high-performing creative assets for deployment across diverse channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design aspects of projects, including briefing discussions, benchmarking, ideation, sketching, design conceptualization
- Apply best practices in user experience into your designs as well as best practices of the media platforms
- Foster a mindset towards scaling creativities, prioritizing optimization over constant generation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in a high-performance start-up/fast-paced/agency environment with a strong Portfolio
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe CC: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AI tools
Key Skills
- Solid knowledge of design principles and a keen eye for detail
- Capable of following guidelines and playbooks
- Determined to get things done (problem-solving attitude)
