The Senior Product Designer will lead a team of designers and oversee user research while defining and evolving design strategies in collaboration with product teams. They will analyze user testing data to identify friction points and make relevant improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of designers
- Defining and evolving the design strategy in close collaboration with product teams
- Analyzing data and user testing feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Designing wireframes and prototypes
- Creating interface mockups
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong understanding of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team and evolve in an agile and collaborative environment
- Solid skills in implementing and managing a Design System
- Approach focused on the user before the interface
