Senior Product Designer

Deliver world-class design solutions from initial concept through finished product while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. Advocate for design solutions by aligning them with business and user goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class design solutions from initial concept through finished product
- Provide insightful perspectives and ideas to shape the direction of company-wide investments in the security space
- Advocate for design solutions by putting them in context of business, user goals, and ecosystem considerations
- Contribute to the visual systems and visual language for a product
- Work closely with product management, content designers, user researchers, engineers and other designers to iterate and deliver design artifacts and solutions
- Create wireframes, journey maps, prototypes and detailed mockups to iterate on product scenarios
- Seek out and incorporate the feedback of the design team to refine designs and align to larger product patterns
- Clearly communicate work to peers and leadership
- Own multiple product areas, identify new opportunities and generate innovative solutions through deep customer understanding
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in a variety of design tools and processes
- 5+ years hands-on experience creating detailed wireframes and other design artifacts
- Experience using design components and pattern libraries
- Experience with Security domain
- Demonstrated breadth across interaction design, information architecture, usability
- Effective communication and visual storytelling skills
