The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling and conversion-focused assets for email marketing, web, and social media. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand identity and marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital marketing assets aligned with brand identity
- Create carousels, hooks, and conversion-driven layouts optimized for performance
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality designs in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity
Requirements
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality, conversion-focused digital design
- Experience designing across social media, email, and web platforms
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems
- Knowledge of Klaviyo and basic HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
