Web and Graphic Designer

The Web and Graphic Designer will lead graphic creation and maintain the organization's websites while creating web content that drives user engagement. They will also analyze website performance using analytics to inform design improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and create designs for a wide range of materials
• Implement A/B testing structure for creative design
• Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the Philanthropy, Political, and Organizing departments to understand project briefs and deliver designs

Requirements

• 5 years of experience designing compelling website, social media, and other digital channel content
• Firm understanding of composition principles
• Designer problem-solving mentality
• Proficient in UX design tools, like Figma, Sketch, Framer, etc.

Key Skills

• Strong project management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Adobe Suite programs, such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
• Experience using platforms like WordPress, EveryAction, ActBlue, Pardot, Blackbaud, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
