Graphic Designer (f/m/d) - Remote in Germany

You will own the end-to-end design of the company website and marketing assets to drive lead generation and conversion. Additionally, you will build and document AI-powered workflows to automate design production and scale team output.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of the Synera website, social media, and marketing channels
• Create visitor journeys for target personas with measurable lead generation impact
• Build repeatable AI-powered workflows to scale design output
• Collaborate with the design team to coordinate on brand evolution, design system, and shared asset libraries
• Create assets across multiple channels, including web, social media, email, and print

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B web design, landing pages, and marketing asset creation
• Proven experience designing for lead generation and conversion
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Track record of building repeatable AI-powered workflows
• Understanding of responsive web design principles and ability to design layouts that are implementable
• Ability to create assets across multiple channels, including web, social media, email, and print
• UX thinking and ability to map user journeys and structure information hierarchy
