The Senior Graphic Designer will create and execute visual designs for various media, manage design projects, and ensure brand consistency across marketing materials. They will also collaborate with teams, mentor junior designers, and stay updated with design trends.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor media
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
- Conceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and events
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Flash
- Strong animation and motion graphics skills
- Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
