Primrose is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop the visual expression, tone, and aesthetic of the Primrose brand across digital and print channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop print and digital assets including flyers, brochures, presentations, trade show materials, branded email templates, web and social graphics, school-level resources, and educational materials
- Translate marketing objectives and business requirements into clear, engaging visual solutions
- Own visual execution for assigned projects, from concept through production, ensuring files meet brand, technical, and production standards
- Partner with Brand Managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand goals, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality assets on time
- Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Director, and agency partners to develop brand campaigns, videos, and integrated creative initiatives
- Manage external creative support, including freelance designers and approved agencies, ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines and quality expectations
- Uphold brand standards and steward creative consistency, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the overall visual identity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Final Cut are a plus
- Experience with motion design, video editing, illustration, videography, and photography are a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
