Lead / Senior UX Designer (LegalTech), Digital Society Products

You will lead end-to-end design work for a suite of legal applications, conducting user research and creating prototypes to improve usability. Your contributions will help shape how technology can enable access to justice.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design from user research through to UI handoff
- Conduct discovery with legal officers and policy stakeholders to understand real-world needs and constraints
- Translate domain complexity into structured service blueprints, user flows, and interaction patterns
- Design and validate low- to high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in UX design
- Proven ability to lead discovery in complex, rules-based domains
- Skilled in Figma, service blueprinting, journey mapping, and workshop facilitation
- Strong visual communication and systems thinking capabilities
