UI / UX Designer (m/w/d)
Teleclinic Remote (🇩🇪 München, 04938 München, Germany)
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the doctor-facing platform and partner integrations through user-centered design. This involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research to inform design decisions in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Conception and design of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and optimizations
- Support in planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Data analysis to derive hypotheses for design decisions
- Collaboration between design and development to ensure technical feasibility and precise implementation
- Work with our design system, applying it consistently and contributing to its development
Requirements
- Native-level German and excellent English skills
- Completed studies in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
- 3-4 years of professional UX experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates your UX design process and skills
- Familiarity with common design tools like Figma, FigJam, etc.
- Strong focus on user-centered design, aesthetics, and ability to justify design decisions based on user needs
- Team-oriented and communicative, with a willingness to give and receive feedback
