The Senior Graphic Designer will create and maintain brand-consistent visuals while collaborating with various teams to support marketing and communication goals. They will also manage multiple design projects and uphold Tresorit's brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Design Execution: Create and maintain brand-consistent visuals that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact
- Brand Management: Uphold and evolve Tresoritâs brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Collaboration & Communication: Present and explain design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize creative workflows and enhance design efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design
- Design Strengths: Excellent eye for detail, typography, and composition
- Bonus Skills: Experienced in using AI tools for the creation of design assets, web design, UX/UI principles, and/or motion design
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
