Graphic Designer, Capital Markets

The Graphic Designer will create compelling marketing materials, including multi-page offering memorandums and digital campaigns, to support the commercial real estate team. They will collaborate with deal teams to translate complex concepts into visually stunning presentations while maintaining strict brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design and assemble comprehensive multi-page offering memorandums
- Collaborate with deal teams to transform verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations and presentations
- Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously from concept to completion
- Create dynamic email campaigns and digital marketing materials
- Research and implement current design trends and software innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Emphasis on InDesign proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Earth Pro
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
