As a Graphic Designer, you will develop the visual expression and aesthetic of the Primrose brand across various channels. You will create assets for digital and print, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop print and digital assets including flyers, brochures, presentations, trade show materials, branded email templates, web and social graphics, school-level resources, and educational materials
  • Translate marketing objectives and business requirements into clear, engaging visual solutions
  • Own visual execution for assigned projects, from concept through production
  • Partner with Brand Managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand goals, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality assets on time
  • Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Director, and agency partners to develop brand campaigns, videos, and integrated creative initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Final Cut are a plus
  • Experience with motion design, video editing, illustration, videography, and photography are a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
