Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will translate brand guidelines into cohesive assets across digital and print touchpoints to elevate the company's visual identity. They will collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to produce high-impact content for social media, campaigns, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, contemporary design assets across all touchpoints
• Elevate our visual identity while ensuring consistency across regions, platforms, and formats
• Create high-impact creative for social channels, campaigns, landing pages, email, and paid media
• Design presentations, worksheets, workbooks, and training materials that enhance learning and engagement
• Contribute to the look and feel of our training verticals and secondary brand campaigns

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a graphic design role, ideally within a training, education, coaching, media, or fast-growth brand
• A portfolio showcasing brand systems, digital content, and concept-led design
• Experience working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is preferred
• Can commit to a minimum of 3 days in our Harpenden office per week
