Luxury Presence is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead high-impact design efforts across one of their core product areas, shaping product strategy and driving end-to-end execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence
- Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product direction
- Stay grounded in user problems through discovery work, research, and continuous feedback loops
- Translate insights into elegant, usable, and scalable product experiences — across all states and edge cases
- Drive usability improvements by testing flows, simplifying interactions, and evolving design patterns
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to improve quality, consistency, and velocity across teams
- Shape micro-interactions and animations that clarify intent and elevate the experience
- Communicate design rationale clearly, aligning teams and stakeholders through storytelling and evidence
- Mentor other designers, elevate team quality, and contribute to design culture and critique
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end
- A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact
- Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments
- Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems
- A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care
- Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process
