Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will enhance the digital experience for merchants and their customers by creating intuitive, human-centered designs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Research and testing to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Create wireframes, concept designs, prototypes, and product specifications that effectively communicate design solutions and the rationale behind them
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Design and other team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in a digital product environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience
• Experience designing products at various stages, in an Agile environment, in collaboration with product managers and engineering leads
