The Staff UX Designer will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create high-quality user experiences for Netskope's SASE portfolio. They will produce wireframes, storyboards, and detailed design specs while ensuring successful design implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to ensure high-quality user experience is achieved for Netskope SASE portfolio
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral to help communicate research results and make the case for new ideas
- Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system
- Generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful design implementation with attention to user delight, usability, accessibility, scalability and performance
- Take ownership of critical UX initiatives and drive results with minimal hand-holding
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and launching products with seamless customer experiences in complex enterprise SaaS platforms
- B2B product design experience with a keen focus on UX design principles
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, user research techniques and usability best practices
- High level of proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with AI-powered workflows is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate UX solutions and get buy-in from partners across disciplines
