The UX Lead will be accountable for leading user experience design and driving design excellence across engagement channels. This includes providing technical expertise and mentorship while ensuring user-centered solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements
- 6+ years UX design with a proven track record of leading complex design projects
- Demonstrated experience providing functional leadership and mentoring of design teams
- Proven UX UI experience across design, writing researching and delivery
- Strong experience in planning, conducting, and synthesising user research to inform strategic design decisions
- Deep knowledge and understanding of UX/UI principles
